SHIPPING:  Orders are processed within three days of payment, and in the order in which they were received.  Standard shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service.  Faster shipping is available.  Please contact us at (317) 590-4377 for more shipping options.

RETURNS:  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it.  Autographed copies may be returned, as long as they are not personalized. Just call (317) 590-4377 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and then mail the book(s) to Starbrook Publishing, Inc., 484 East Carmel Drive #388, Carmel, Indiana 46032.  Please mark your package with the RAN.  Your account will we credited for the purchase price of the products ordered, if the products are in saleable condition with the Blooming Heart certificate intact.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
